The two top teams fight in the longest game this split, while the Copenhagen Wolves knock Fnatic off its feet.

The Wolves established dominance immediately, with Youngbuck on Renekton leading the charge after grabbing first blood on sOAZ with the help of Amazing. While all the lanes for CW were winning, cowTard got a bit too arrogant and was punished by being beaten 1v1 by xPeke on Gragas, even with such a cs lead. Slowly and surely CW's lead got bigger and bigger, though Fnatic kept answering in objective trades.
Around mid to late game, it seemed that the Wolves were lost as to how to close the game out. Getting caught in-between rotations, Fnatic was able to negate and gold lead and would seem like they can set up for a comeback. But alas, as most games going late go, one big fight in the mid lane went 2-5 for CW, giving them just the right opening to charge towards the Fnatic base and seal the deal.
The game started fairly well for ROCCAT, again using the early game bullying power of Renekton to try and get a lead. ROC pushed it further by utilizing 3-man dives on Darien, followed by objective control around dragon and the turrets. While Gambit were doing their best preventing the gold lead from spiraling out of control, it was fairly obvious that the Poles were in the lead... until a big fight at top lane happened.
With excellent coordination, Alex Ich got himself a triple kill and an overall victory for the Russian squad, which shifted the momentum completely in their favor. What followed next is a flurry of long, nailbiting skirmishes, mostly around baron. Even with Gambit acquiring the later barons, the game has reached its critical point, with both teams amassing complete item builds or near finished ones. With Banshees, Guardian Angels, and Warmogs everywhere, it went back and forth for nearly an hour until a crucial mistake by Gambit (attempting Baron at low health) was made, and ROCCAT seized that small opportunity to take out key GMB members and rushdown the nexus, ending one truly intense and exciting match, and a true display of skill from both teams.
