Our first impressions of the patch

Rule update: Stand-ins and schedule

<p>For Qualifier #3 it is now allowed to register a stand-in when registering the rest of the team. Furthermore, the first match of each qualifier have been pushed back 15 minutes and the final is required to be played.</p>
