A new Mod out there using Warcraft III that tries to make it more like Warcraft II, i.e more of an RTS as opposed to the hero worshipping ultralisk nightmare it is now. The maker of the MOD is appealing to the starcraft community and thus the reason for this news.

As I mentioned to you earlier many old school Starcraft players were all warcraft I and II players. Warcraft I is still an icon in RTS history. This new MOD is in honor of this history. Realcraft is 100% Real Time Strategy and it delivers Warcraft into a realistic medieval warfare engine. It's counter tables are distinct, its gameplay balanced, and there is an equal emphasis between its macromanagement and micromanagement. Lone soldiers are fragile and armies are easily slaughtered with proper planning and execution.
