Infold Games announces Infinity Nikki x Stardew Valley collaboration

Infold Games’ dress-up game Infinity Nikki is getting a crossover with Stardew Valley.

Infold Games’ dress-up game Infinity Nikki is officially getting a crossover with Stardew Valley. During this week’s Future Games Show livestream, Infold announced the surprising collaboration with a brand-new trailer. However, the news came at a rather controversial time for the video game, as it followed a scathing post from its developer regarding in-game leaks.

Watch the trailer below:

Infinity Nikki x Stardew Valley collaboration announced

Popular cosy dress-up game Infinity Nikki is getting a collaboration with the equally cosy farming sim game Stardew Valley. The crossover was announced without much details on its exact contents, but this does appear to be a one-way collaboration featuring elements from Stardew Valley appearing in Infinity Nikki–not the other way around.

The trailer’s YouTube description only states that “Cozy surprises await you, and adventure is in the air. Prepare your senses for a harvest of wonders [...] The first seeds of magic have already been sown. Stay tuned, Stylists.”

The Stardew Valley collaboration launches with Infinity Nikki’s Version 1.9 update “Music Season,” on 1 September, 2025.

Infinity Nikki playerbase remains skeptical of Infold Games

Infinity Nikki’s players have responded to the reveal with joy, but also a smattering of skepticism. That’s because the Stardew Valley collaboration comes at an interesting time for the game. Just days ago (18 October, 2025), Infold released a statement to combat in-game leaks via a scathing post saying, among other things: “Leaks are poison to all creation!!!”

The post, which asked players to rat out in-game content leakers, neglected to mention that these leaks had only become so pervasive because Infold has thus far avoided revealing outfits and updates until they’re just about to launch. Players rely on leaks to decide on whether they’re going to fork out for specific outfits, with official information being unavailable to them until much too late.

Infold’s statement also came with the addition of a new in-game hammer, the item description for which reads: “There are moments when one’s hands itch, eager to raise a mighty hammer towards a certain target.” This was taken by the community as a rather passive-aggressive statement on Infold’s part. None of this has anything to do with Stardew Valley, but players might have trouble getting excited for the crossover given all the ongoing controversy.

The Stardew Valley x Infinity Nikki collab launches on 1 September, 2025.
