PARIVISION absolutely dominated DreamLeague Season 26, dropping just four games across the entire tournament.
Eastern European Dota 2 powerhouse PARIVISION claimed the championship of DreamLeague Season 26 on Monday (2 June) with an absolutely dominant run that they capped off with a resounding 3-0 sweep over
BetBoom Team in the grand finals.
PARIVISION won or tied every single match they played in DreamLeague Season 26, dropping a total of only four games across the tournament's two round-robin Group Stages and double-elimination Playoffs. With their victory, PARIVISION claimed the lion's share of US$290,000 out of the tournament's US$1 million prize pool, with US$250,000 going to the players while the organisation bagged the US$40,000 Club Reward.
This also marks PARIVISION's second tournament of the year and their third of the ESL Pro Tour Season 3, following their victories in ESL One Raleigh 2025 in April and ESL One Bangkok 2024 last December.
Meanwhile, BetBoom settle for second place and US$130,000 in consolation, with US$100,000 going to the players and US$30,000 going to the organisation. Despite losing in the grand finals, it's still a commendable result for the team when considering they played the entirety of the tournament with Ilja “Kiritych” Uljanow standing-in for
Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko.
PARIVISION dominate DreamLeague Season 26
PARIVISION started the tournament strong by bagging the best record of Group Stage 1, topping Group B with a 14-2 standing and dropping just two games in the stage's best-of-two matches. Meanwhile, BetBoom earned the third seed of Group A with a 8-6 record.
PARIVISION continued rolling in Group Stage 2, where they won all seven best-of-three matches they played and had their last two losses of the tournament. BetBoom finished just behind them with five match wins and two losses. As the Top 2 seeds of the Playoffs, PARIVISION and BetBoom directly advanced to the upper bracket finals of the DreamLeague Season 26 Playoffs.
PARIVISION then made short work of BetBoom in a 2-0 sweep to become the first team to advance to the grand finals. BetBoom bounced back from their previous loss by taking down Southeast Asia's Talon Esports in three games in the lower bracket finals to force a rematch with PARIVISION for the DreamLeague Season 26 championship.
PARIVISION threw a haymaker to start the grand finals, stomping BetBoom to the tune of a 31-8 kill lead in just under 30 minutes of action. Alan “Satanic” Gallyamov on Sven led the way with 13 kills and seven assists while
Volodymyr “No[o]ne” Minenko on Ember Spirit added nine kills and 13 assists, with both players suffering just one death apiece.
Game two was a much closer affair, though PARIVISION still emerged victorious after 36 minutes. No[o]ne paced his team's 22-15 kill lead with six kills and 10 assists on one death with an unorthodox mid Drow Ranger pick while Satanic, on his own rarely-seen carry Mars, pitched in with six kills and seven assists on three deaths.
BetBoom had their best showing of the grand finals in game three behind Danil “gpk” Skutin's mid Sniper, but it was still not enough to stop the PARIVISION onslaught from pulling off a late game comeback and securing the 3-0 series sweep after 47 minutes. Satanic on his signature Terrorblade recorded nine kills and five assists on two deaths while
Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin on an offlane Lycan had four kills and 11 assists on one death. Meanwhile, gpk put up a game-high 10 kills and seven assists on three deaths in the loss.
With their latest victory, PARIVISION are looking like one of the biggest favourites to win the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2025's Dota 2 tournament, which features a total of 16 teams fighting for their cut of a whopping US$3 million prize pool in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in July. PARIVISION and BetBoom are among the nine teams to receive a direct invite to the event, with the remaining seven slots to be filled through a series of regional qualifiers.
