Gambit fields new roster

Gambit Esports has changed out their lineup, keeping only Danial "XSvamp1Re" Alibaev and taking on four new players.

Last year, in the 2019-2020 DPC season Gambit was at the top of their game. They were narrowly squeezed out of a TI9 invite by Alliance in the EPICENTER Major, forcing the CIS team into the qualifiers where they ended up bombing out in 5th place.  A mostly new roster saw the 2019-2020 DPC season start off promising but with the season put on hold, Gambit was sitting in a pretty 14th place position but nothing left to hope for.

With no DPC season and little incentive to play, the team had only participated in the ESL One Los Angelos 2020 and ESL One Birmingham qualifiers taking 13-14th and 15-16th place respectively.

Now they seem back for action with an almost complete overhaul of their roster.

The only remaining member is Danial "XSvamp1Re" Alibaev who joined in September 2019 during the post TI9 reshuffle. Both Kiyalbek "dream" Tayirov and Danil "gpk" Skutin have been benched.

The new lineup will be able to have some training time before debuting in an official match with no competitive events announced just yet.
