Last Minor of the season; Starladder Ukraine Minor guide

The last Minor of the 2018-2019 DPC season will kick off tomorrow in Kiev for the Starladder Ukraine Minor.

It is the last chance for two teams to book a ticket to the final DPC Major of the 2018-2019 season. Eight teams will be competing in Kiev for one of two available slots for the EPICENTER Major and the last shot at collecting enough DPC points to earn a direct invite to TI9.

While a ticket to EPICENTER could make any TI9 dreams come true, Alliance, EHOME and Mineski are right on the cusp and need the Major DPC points to clinch an invite. Without that, they can easily fall out of contention and be relegated to the closed qualifiers.

compLexity Gaming would need to qualify and then take a 5-6th place finish while hoping other teams didn't pass them up. Team Anvorgesa, Team Sirius and Winstrike all would need to qualify and then take a top 3 spot to consider heading to TI9 directly.

NiP is the only team that is playing without the same type of pressure, having already secured enough points to be working on their visas for China already.

The eight teams have been divided into two groups of 4 teams each:
