The Filipino squad that made waves with their top eight finish at The International 6 has completed their new roster with the addition of Tims.
Despite their phenomenal top eight finish at TI6, TNC suffered a huge loss in the 2016 Fall Shuffle when three of their members decided to leave the team to join Fnatic. Left only with Carlo 'Kuku' Palad and Sam 'SamH' Hida, TNC had to rebuild almost the entire squad in order to participate at the Boston Major qualifiers.
Unfortunately, the new roster couldn’t achieve much in the SEA qualifiers for the Fall Major and the team decided to part ways with two of their members once again. In mid-November TNC announced the departure of Mark 'Cast' Pilar and Linuel 'Teehee' Abanto and mentioned that they will look closely to the SEA scene to find new talented players. After the recent events from Fnatic, Marc Polo 'Raven' Luis Fausto has returned to his initial team and TNC was left with only one spot to fill out.
In an interview with Red Bull Esports from yesterday, TNC announced Timothy 'Tims' Randrup to round out the roster. Tims is one of the promising youngsters from the SEA scene. He began playing only at the beginning of this year, his first big team being Execration with which he went to TI6 to play in the Wildcards. In the post TI6 shuffle he moved to Rave and now, nearly three months later, he got recruited by TNC.
