Immediately after TI6 and his departure from Team Secret, EnVy stated loud and clear that he will be building his own team for the upcoming season on several occasions. Ten days before the Fall Shuffle's end, he surprisingly reunites with Aui_2000 and announces Team NP, a full NA stack.
Jacky 'EternaLEnVy' Mao and Kurtis 'Aui_2000' Ling’s history together is not exactly a good one as they were the centerpiece of the January 2015 drama. Prior to the Dota 2 Asia Championships, both Johan 'pieliedie' Aström and Aui_2000 were kicked by EternaLEnVy, Cloud9’s captain at the time, in a manner which EnVy himself admitted was "awful".
Since then, EnVy and Aui never played again on the same team. However, the two were reunited after Aui's second removal from EG before The International 6, which resulted in him joining Team Secret as a substitute and coach for the event.
The other three members EE-Sama chose for his team have all at some point been part of the Cloud9 roster. This selection of well-known NA players happened despite EnVy's reveal of his intent to look for players that are not necessarily well-established names in the Dota2 scene in HotBid’s and SirActionSlacks podcast “HotPants!”. Team Secret’s coach for a year, Theeban '1437' Siva, and ex-Cloud9 and Shazam members Arif 'MSS' Anwar and Avery 'SVG' Silverman are completing the roster of the newly formed NA stack.
NP’s line-up indicates that Aui_2000 will again switch from support role to the carry one, while EnVy will be a mid-player.
