During The International every year, Valve would unleash a hundreds of new Dota 2 merchandise at the Secret Shop leading to a ridiculously long queue. In fact the queue is so long, personalities like SirActionSlacks even went on to interview the people who have lined up for hours just to get their hands on some Dota 2 merchandise.
This year, Valve has finally made an effort to reduce the long queue for the secret shop by introducing a pre-order system. The attendees of the event are now able to pre-order the merchandise they want on WeLoveFine and collect it at Key Arena.
