joinDOTA League set to begin

Earlier this year, our friends over at joinDOTA announced a new project of running a professional Dota 2 league for both; pro's and amateurs alike. Receiving great response from teams across the globe, today, the league is all set to go live.

joinDOTA League is divided on regional basis, namely Asia, America and Europe, comprising a total of 2572 registered teams. The highest number of registered teams hail from Europe followed by America and Asia, respectively. Furthermore, teams have also been allotted to various divisions and groups accordingly.

Moving onto the interesting part, a Premier Division has also been established wherein teams playing on a professional level have been invited. Top ten teams from every region have been chosen to battle against each other. The duration of the first season is said to last about two months.
