Air replacing Cys-S for HyperGloryTeam

<p>Coming on the heels of the news that HyperGloryTeam will temporarily replace Icy with Fang &#39;Ran&#39; Xu, HGT has decided to make a much more permanent change to their team&#39;s lineup. Founding member of the team, Cys-S, is stepping down and will be replaced by Air.</p>

Mineski and MSI have both issued investigations regarding the matchfixing scandal and six of the eight accused players have now come forward and admitted that they were in fact actively involved in matchfixing.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Yesterday, a Chinese website reported that Newbee and Vici Gaming were to pull out of the upcoming SLTV LAN finals. Now, the StarLadder admins have confirmed that neither Chinese team will attend the event and will be replaced by Cloud9 and Virtus.pro respectively.</p>

6.82c released - kill bounty nerfed again
