Code A is over, Flash, Squirtle make Code S

After destroying SKT's Rain, the "Ultimate Weapon" made a huge step and will compete in Code S for the first time in his career.

The final day of Code A competition mostly saw one sided matches though, on theory, it should have been otherwise. In the ZvZ portion, Team 8's TRUE dismantled formed Code S Ro16'er Bboong while Losira took a 2-1 victory out of SKT's soO. While this is a Code S return for Losira, TRUE enters the higher layers of competition a debutante.

Speaking of debutantes, BroodWar bonjwa and KT's own Flash grabbed a Code S spot after going 2-0 against a much worthy opponent, SK Telecom's Rain. Finally, IM's newest recruit Squirtle snatched the last direct Code S seed and climbs back after spending just one round in the lower tier.

GSL itself is not slowing down and continues tomorrow with the semi-final games for Code S. Matches are Curious/Symbo and Taeja/RorO.
