The qualifiers of World Cyber Arena 2015 NA “Global pro” has been set-up, sixteen people on the list !
This announcement is the first follow up of the big reveal for WCA 2015 made earlier this week, the NA Pro League qualifier will be played on April 20-23.
Sixteen players have been invited to compete for a spot in the main event which will be held in December in Yinchuan, China for a still undetermined pricepool. On this list that Archon has occupied most of his line-up invited with Jason ”Amaz” Chan, James “Firebat” Kostesich, Paul “Zalae” Nemeth and Ryan “Purpledrank” Murphy.
The players will not only fight for a trip to China, but also for a $13,000 pricepool.
Alongside with the Archon boys have names like Muzahidul “Muzzy” who recently won Pinnacle 4, Keaton “Chakki” Gil who finished second in the Root Invitational tournament and also David “Dog” Caero, Josh “Impact Grahamn, Jeffrey “Tarei” Liu, Drew “Tidesoftime” Biessener, Austin “Silentstorm” Li, Cong “Strifecro” Shu, Andrey “Reynad” Yanyuk, Jeffrey “Trump” Shih, George “Hyped” Maganzini and Matt “Dart” Orgel.
The chinese pro qualifier has already started with 32 people divided in eight groups, the first three group stages were already played on April 13th, Group D will be played on April 19th, Groups E and F on May 3rd and Group G and H on May 4th.
