KaBuM.TD's CT half on de_inferno quickly snowballed into a diaster for their Danish opponents: losing picks early on in a round or just being shut down instantly on takes resulted in a early lead from the crowd-funded South American team. Things got progressivle worse, as Dignitas players would evaporate under the crippling aim of their opponents, ending the first half at an abysmal 2:13.
KaBuM wins over Dignitas for their first major tournament
Dignitas managed to take the second pistol round with a strong retake on to B site, but KaBuM pulled out a turnaround the next round with a Tec-9/armor push that caught their opponents completely off guard. With no economy to speak of, Dignitas crumbled, allowing the Brazilians to easily finish out the match 16:3.
