Spell changes aplenty

With Mists of Pandaria being out for a while, Blizzard gets down to changing spells and tweaking numbers again.

With all the fuss over the latest expansion, it's been a while since Blizzard got to change spells, fix numbers and break out the nerf bat. This week every class saw changes in the first big update since the launch of MoP:

Death Knight
Blood Boil damage increased by 388%, AP scaling reduced to 11%.
Death Strike now does 185% weapon damage (was 280%) plus 923 (was 2,094).

Talents
Death Siphon damage increased by 50%.

Blood
Crimson Scourge Increases the damage dealt by your Blood Boil by 10%, down from 40%.
Heart Strike Instantly strike the target and up to two additional nearby enemies, causing 105% weapon damage plus 572, down from 115% weapon damage plus 681.
Rune Strike now does 160% weapon damage, down from 175%.
Soul Reaper buff now lasts 5 sec, down from 10 sec.

Frost
Soul Reaper buff now lasts 5 sec, down from 10 sec.

Unholy
Soul Reaper buff now lasts 5 sec, down from 10 sec.

Druid
Mangle now does 500% normal damage plus 78, up from 400% normal damage plus 62.
Rake damage reduced by 15%.
Ravage! now does 950% weapon damage, up from 750%.
Symbiosis now has a 2 sec cast time, down from 6 sec.
Wrath damage and SP scaling increased by 9%.

Balance
Solar Beam now lasts for 8 sec, down from 10 sec.
Starfire damage and SP scaling increased by 3%.
Starsurge damage and SP scaling increased by 3%.

Feral
Shred now does 500% damage plus 78, up from 400% damage plus 62.

Feral & Guardian
Ravage now does 950% damage plus 78, up from 750% damage plus 62.

Major Glyphs
Glyph of Solar Beam now increases the radius of your Solar Beam by 100%, rather than increasing the duration of your Solar Beam silence effect by 5 sec.

Hunter
Marksmanship
Aimed Shot now does 320% ranged weapon damage plus 7,974, rather than 280% ranged weapon damage plus 19,541.

Mage
Frost Armor now increases your spell haste by 7%, up from 5%.
Mana Attunement (New) Your mana regeneration is increased by 50%.

Talents
Blazing Speed no longer requires a hit to be greater than 2% of your total health to activate.

Arcane
Arcane Barrage damage and SP scaling reduced by 3%.
Arcane Blast damage and SP scaling reduced by 3%.
Arcane Missiles damage and SP scaling reduced by 3%.

Fire
Combustion was reworked; If the target is currently affected by your Ignite, it also burns the target for additional damage equal to the damage per tick of the Ignite every 1 for 10 sec.

Minor Glyphs
Glyph of Discreet Magic (New) Your Nether Tempest, Living Bomb, Frost Bomb, Arcane Barrage, Inferno Blast, and Ice Lance no longer affect targets more than 5 yds away from their primary target.

Monk
Spinning Crane Kick (Mistweaver) now does 2,809 healing, down from 4,013. AP scaling reduced to 4.8%, down from 6.86%.

Talents
Healing Elixirs - Every 18 sec, you gain Healing Elixirs, causing your next Brew or Tea to also heal you for 10% of your total health.
Power Strikes - Every 22 sec, you gain Power Strikes, causing your next Jab to generate 1 additional Chi.

Brewmaster
Keg Smash is no longer limited to 3 targets, but now requires melee range.

Windwalker
Rising Sun Kick now causes all targets within 8 yards to take an increased 15% damage from your abilities for 15 sec, up from 10%.
Spinning Fire Blossom now has 66.5% AP scaling, up from 46.6%.

Paladin
Holy Shock now does 1,428 + 136.0% of SP damage, down from 13,040 + 92.5% of SP.

Talents
Eternal Flame now has a 1.5 sec cooldown.

Holy
Holy Shock now does 1,428 + 136.0% of SP damage, down from 13,040 + 92.5% of SP.

Protection
Avenger's Shield now does 6,732 + 31.5% of SP damage, up from 4,488 + 21.0% of SP.
Guarded by the Light now increases your total Stamina by 25%, up from 15%.
Holy Wrath base damage doubled.

Priest
Penance now does 1,000 + 103.7% of SP damage, down from 6,606 + 63.5% of SP.
Shadow Word: Insanity now does 3043 + 290.0% of SP damage, up from 2550 + 243.0% of SP.

Talents
Dominate Mind no longer has a cooldown.

Discipline
Penance now does 1,000 + 103.7% of SP damage, down from 6,606 + 63.5% of SP.

Discipline & Holy
Prayer of Healing now heals for 8,688 + 83.8% of SP, up from 6,957 + 67.1% of SP.

Shaman
Set Bonuses
Item - Shaman T14 Restoration 4P Bonus Your Tidal Waves ability grants an additional 5% cast time reduction to Healing Wave and Greater Healing Wave, and an additional 5% critical chance to Healing Surge.

Lightning Bolt now does 1,270 + 73.9% of SP damage, up from 1,177 + 68.4% of SP.

Warlock
Create Soulwell no longer has charges.
Demonic Gateway now lasts 20 min, up from 10 min.
Fel Armor now grants health, rather than Stamina.

Talents
Grimoire of Sacrifice now has a 30 sec cooldown, down from 2 min.
Kil'jaeden's Cunning Passive: You can cast and channel while moving, but doing so increases the cast time or channel period of the spell by 30%, down from 50%.
Soul Leech now also works with Fel Flame.
Unbound Will now works with all effects which cause loss of control of your character or demon.

Affliction & Destruction
Rain of Fire now does 267 + 25.0% of SP) * 8 damage, rather than 534 + 50.0% of SP) * 4.

Demonology
Hellfire now generates 3 Demonic Fury per target. [/del] [ins]Generates 10 Demonic Fury per second plus 3 Demonic Fury per second on secondary targets.

Destruction
Aftermath - Rain of Fire now has a chance to generate burning embers rather than stun the targets.
Immolate - Critical strikes generate Burning Embers.

Pets
Shadow Bite now does 406 + 38.0% of SP damage, down from 541 + 50.6% of SP.
Threatening Presence - Intimidates any target you attack, increasing your threat generation.

Major Glyphs
Glyph of Soul Consumption no longer works with Shadowburn.

Warrior
Execute (Arms) damage reduced by 7%. AP scaling reduced by 8%.
Raging Blow now does 190% weapon damage, down from 215%.
Raging Blow Off-Hand now does 190% weapon damage, down from 215%.

Arms
Mortal Strike now does 175% weapon damage plus 2,693, down from 185% weapon damage plus 2,703.
Overpower (Arms) now does 105% weapon damage, down from 120%.
Slam now does 190% weapon damage plus 1,894, down from 215% weapon damage plus 2,144.

Arms & Fury
Colossus Smash Smashes a target for 175% weapon damage plus 388 and weakens their defenses, allowing your attacks to entirely bypass 100% of their armor for 6 sec, and causes the Physical Vulnerability effect on the target.

Fury
Bloodthirst now does 90% weapon damage plus 1,121, down from 100% weapon damage plus 1,246.
Raging Blow now does 190% weapon damage, down from 215%.
Wild Strike now does 230% weapon damage plus 1,003, up from 220% weapon damage plus 823.
