Blizzard has installed a new patch on their test realm, which can be accessed if connecting to Westfall in the list when connecting to Battle.net. From the patch notes, it appears to be a small update with no balance changes.
Aside from a new banner ad system, the new patch includes a fixed patch issue for Intel Macs and "an exploit where an altered custom map would be seen identical to the original custom map".
