After yesterday's announcement that the star player Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen was placed as team captain for their revisioned WarCraft 3 squad, Dmitriy "Happy" Kostin and René "Ciara" Krag have been revealed as new recruits.
A six-month clanless Happy now finds his home in the revamped MeetYourMakers team. The Russian Undead was last seen playing in Mousesports. Together with Grubby and Ciara, he will compete under the MYM flag in the upcoming WC3L season.
Ciara, not a stranger to the team, was announced as the third and last player for the team, "for now" as team captain Grubby puts it. The Danish Orc player has a long history in MeetYourMakers, having played both in the international and Scandinavian roster.
- Today is a great day in my gaming career. For 6 months I was clanless, trying to achieve the best results I could on every tournament I have attended. I had no support, no bright future, it was a hard time for me but it passed on to a good note for me, said Happy in the press release. He further commented that this was one of the biggest steps in his gaming career.
- Happy has shown to have all the makings of a star player, says Grubby about his new team mate. He also speaks well of the young Russian's latest achievements.
- Happy is showing strong performances nearly every LAN he's attended, adds Grubby.
The starstudded captain speaks highly of the Danish player, and reveals that Ciara was actually one of the names in thought when looking for a new player.
- Back when I was in 4Kings, we had entertained thoughts of hiring Ciara before. Now Ciara will be making a comeback to MYM. Ciara is an intellectual player with a sea of potential, says Grubby.
- I know he will be our ideal 3rd player. He will be representing MYM.WC3 with his professional and sympathetic demeanour both in Denmark and internationally, adds Grubby.
