Lyn defeated Grubby in two yawny games. The eyebrow raiser was not the players' performance, but the blunder of the organisation's commentating.

In the middle of the first game, played on Secret Valley, Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen asked the referees to pause the game. He then said "this is stupid" and that he, and probably Lyn as well, could hear the game sounds from the big screen. Grubby referred to that they could hear each other creeping. After a couple of minutes, the game sound was toned down and the game continued. Not long thereafter, Grubby called it GG and shook his head, clearly bothered by the mishappen.

The second game on Turtle Rock turned into a Blademaster and Shadow Hunter combo for both, add to that usual raiders, spirit walkers and grunts. Both players hexxing their opponent's units, some with better luck and some with less. The critical point in the game was when Grubby's two heroes went down in a tight fight in the bottom right of the map.

Afterwards, Grubby tells in the accustomed press conference that this should not occur in such a competition like this. Lyn expresses his feelings as well, saying he is sad for the interference in game one.

Lyn is now ready for the grand final, where he will face the winner between Moon and InFi. Grubby will play the bronze match, and faces the loser of the aforementioned.
