June "Lyn" Park started today's events by defeating Night Elf player Deok Man "SocceR" Youn on Neo Lost Temple. Last time the two went at it was in Afreeca Masters. There SocceR had the upper hand and won with 3-1, but this time Lyn was the stronger man.
In the other half of the bracket, Lyn's team mate Seo Woo "ReiGn" Kang disposed Swedish player SaSe on Melting Valley. The Undead Korean player won the match, only to then lose to Lyn in the upper bracket final.
ReiGn had to fight his way back in the lower bracket, where SocceR had defeated SaSe earlier. ReiGn made sure he could continue his NiceGameTV War3League history, and keep his matchup against Night Elf as his statistically best when SocceR bit the dust.
