NoWAYouT, an organization that recently merged with ieS Virtual Gaming, successfully concluded its first WC3L match after stealing two points from World Elite. The 3-2 score was far closer than many expected from playoff favorite World Elite.
Sky topped Fav in a Human mirror match --his first win since playing Lyn at NGTV Allstars. Like, winner of WCG China 2008, defeated the Night Elf Sonik 2-0.
Like also helped secure the 2v2 victory, where he played with his brother-in-arms: TeD. The World Elite duo defeated fastClick54 and KPECT.
However, nWo scooped up two points courtesy of Ghost and Sting. The orc duo emerged from the battlefield with 2-1 victories.
After two matches in the WC3L, mTw.AMD leads the league with four points; World Elite has three; nWo with two; and nGize with one point.
More WC3L action occurs today, as SK-Gaming, Fnatic, Alternate, and Raptor-Gaming each fight for a chance at the offline finals.
