No ToD for the e-Stars Continental Cup

2 months ago, e-Stars Seoul announced their cup for 2008. Now, the informations on the players who will be attending are released

8 Players from each division were chosen to be part of an online poll so that readers would be able to choose who can take part in this edition of the e-Stars Continental Cup at SETEC ( Seoul Trade Exhibition Centre ). The process that will make a final decision on who is attending was concluded by a three way vote; Fan who will vote will count for 50%, while the e-Stars committee will be 30% and the overall achievements of 2007 and 2008 is 20%.

Fans had a lot of choices. For the West, they had to choose between Dmitriy "Happy" Kostin, Mikhail "XyLigan" Ryabkov, Mykhaylo "HoT" Novopashyn, Dennis "HasuObs" Schneider, Daniel "XlorD" Spenst, Lars Gerrit "Protois" Reichelt, Kim "SaSe" Hammar and without any doubt Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen, while for the East, there was Jae Wook "Lucifer" Noh, Jae Ho "Moon" Jang, Sung Sik "ReMinD" Kim, June "Lyn" Park, Sung Duk "SoJu" Lee, Xiaofeng "Sky" Li, LiWei "XiaOt" Sun and Weiliang "Fly100%" Lu.
Three players from each division have been chosen for this continental battle at e-Stars Seoul in July, from the 24th to 27th.

Yoan “ToD” Merlo did not take part in this poll because of last year’s event. ToD decided not to play some games due to the lack of air conditioning in the place so the committee decided to leave him out of this year event.
