Interview: Shy disappointed missing the playoffs

GosuGamers puts the spotlight on Shy and finds out that he is saddened for having to play the playdowns and not the playoffs, and that he hopes for a Korean team to win the WC3L.

shy_wc3ww_big.jpgShy has won four out of his six WC3L matches this season. Reason for him sitting out that many was because of his time in MeetYourMakers where he was given scarce playtime. Getting back together with his former team and forming fnatic, he played the last three clan wars.

Shy tells GosuGamers that a seventh or eighth place (depending on aTTaX's result versus World Elite) is a disappointment for sure. But he is no man who grumbles on the past. Instead he looks ahead and hopes for a good season where his team looks stronger than ever, built on long-term friendship.

Today's match versus DNA from hoorai was a match the Night Elf Korean player expected to win, and he tells us he did not practice that much for it, aside from following his regular training schedule.
- I used to think Night Elf versus Orc was easy, but now I don't feel the same, he says, but underlines that it is the player that counts, not the race.

Park Chul Woo, as his real name is, could not see a clear winner in the end of the playoffs, all he hoped for were his fellow Koreans. Shy and his friends in fnatic will have to experience the playoffs from the outside, and instead battle for survival in the playdowns.
