Satiini and mTw part ways - 'I understand their decision'

Not attending the NGL-ONE finals was the straw that broke the camel's back. Satiini did no longer fit in to the mTw's future plans.
- As the events of last week showed, the partnership may not be continued, says rukie, mTw manager.

Juha-Matti "Satiini" Bäckström joined mTw three months ago by signing a one-year-contract. Today marked the ending of the partnership, and both parts leaving in peace.
- I would have liked to stay, of course, but I understand and accept their decision, says Satiini to GosuGamers. He speaks well of his former team, saying how they kept cheering him up - even after the NGL-ONE finals.
- I liked the atmosphere, players were very friendly, even after the NGL-ONE finals they still were able to cheer me up, he says.

Satiini's WC3L score sheet has not been the best since he joined mTw, losing to XlorD, MinHyuk and Infi.

Leaving the German-based organization opens new doors, and when asked if he had received any new offers, Satiini simply smiled and said "maybe".

Suffering from agoraphobia, Satiini has many times needed to cancel his participation in offline tournaments, clearly a disadvantage for a player in the European scene.
- When thinking about all the trips I could have gone to, all the events I could have played, all the lost opportunities, it almost makes me cry, says Satiini.

mTw is now left with six players: Protois, hanf, KiWiKaKi, NightWOlf, Rainbow and PaTo. The team is currently ranked 7th in the WC3L. Without Satiini, their goal of reaching the WC3L playoffs will be a lot tougher.
