Grubby shares tricks on defeating Human as Orc

In a recent article by the Orc champion Grubby at EsportsGlobal.com, the Dutchman shares some basic, but very useful, pointers on how to deal with the Human matchup as an Orc. In the article, he mainly focuses on timing your build order and why it's so important to get it right.

One of the greatest players to ever play WarCraft III, Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen, recently realeased another article for EsportsGlobal.com. In it, Grubby gives his readers an in-depth and well explained guide for succesful Orc build orders. Having stated that his toughest matchup is against Human, the great Orc goes into detail on how to prepare your build order and other maneuvers to combat the forces of the Alliance.

The lay-out of your base can be irrelevant if the opponent never reaches your base, in which case I would congratulate you on your aggression and success in keeping him away. However, just because he didn’t come to your base doesn’t mean that your base was perfect. Sometimes the ways your buildings are positioned can be crucial – though never more game-breaking than when you get Tower Rushed. It is when you get Tower Rushed that one truly learns how your own base can sometimes work against you.”

The next time Manuel will be seen in action will, most likely, be on Thursday this week when his new team MeetYourMakers faces off with the Cosmopolitan side of WickeD eSports. After a rather succesful start with the "Devils" for Grubby, MYM has still lost their two initial games of the WC3L season and only took their first victory yesterday by defeating PGS. Although WickeD doesn't look quite as strong as mouz or BeT, which are the two teams MYM has lost to so far, they are surely a worthy opponent for the Danish organisation.
