Eduard Ebel is not allowed to attend any tournaments of NGL for the coming 2 Seasons after multifarious taunts regarding the NGL Admins and random bystanders.
[s]event_332[/s] After the NGL TWO Season 4 qualification match versus CFG-Base, VoShiX didn’t agree on the admins decision and provided the admins with a shower of abusive words. During the match itself, it was VoShiX himself who had to play the deciding match while the score of 3:3. When Ebel lost the Nightelf mirror against KraGesh, he just blurted out his frustration.
The price the eighteen-year-old has to pay is a 2 Season ban from any NGL Tournament. Luckily for mymF, only the individual player is punished and not his entire team. The NGL stated not to give him moral support in the things he said or wrote down.
GosuGamers wanted to know more about the case and asked mymF Manager Tim "Beat" Emmerich about what happened:
“ (First of all, you have to know what kind of person "Voshix" is.) He is a very emotional person who easily reflects his own subjective opinion into his acting. The Clanwar in the ngl2-quali was pretty important for us and everyone has been in a very high tense situation.No doubt the last match was not going very well for him but at the point Kragesh disced the game has not been decided yet (major advantage but not 100%over). We didn’t even want to claim a defwin in this situation although the rules (except for the admin > all - rule) would give us this possibility, but at least, a rematch. So the teams kind of state can easily be described as "angry" and after several events in the past ngl2 season (voshix received 1 penalty point for telling an admin to be partisan and this incident created a general opinion about voshix in the following wars), Voshix couldn’t hide his anger anymore and he insulted the admins as "dumb" and told them to "stfu". I did not like his way to show what he thinks about the decision but I can, somehow, understand him and I want the admins to excuse his bad behavior. He already apologized to the admins, several communities and his team for his acting. Nethertheless the admins should think about the way they punished him and they punished others who, for example faked admins in an official ngl2 match. ” |
The fact that VoshiX can’t be of any value in mymF’s team matches in the NGL could be a reason to boot him out of the team. Emmerich, however, declared they'll keep working with Ebel despite this incident:
“ Voshix has been part of our team for quite a long time and we know he is whether a bad guy, nor a bad player and due to fact that we already talked about this incident and he apologized to everyone, we are pretty sure that we will still work together in the future. ” |
Voshix seems to regret what he has done and NGL sent a strong sign to the scene that abuse is not tolerated. Lets hope this will never have to happen again.
