wNv come to terms with GGTry

The Chinese organisation wNv-Gaming announced today that the club has reached terms of agreement with Nightelf player Liu "GGTry" Road, increasing the amount of Night Elves on the team to four.

GGTry quickly became one of the flavourites of the CEG Shaoxing. From an underdog position, GGTry was able to beat Colorful.DT, BeT.Check, Colorful.Wulin and Mouz.MacSed to secure the top placement in Group B.

Despite his great success in the group stage, the 20 year old GGTry had to curtsy for World Elite’s Ted on the second day of the CEG 2007. He lost the game without taking a map, leaving with a final score of 0:2.

wNv wasn’t the only one noticing the talent and potential of GGTry - Chinese Master of the Human Alliance, WE.Sky, extolled GGTry in a recent interview, calling GGTry a player to look out for in 2008.

Road already played in teams as IceM, GoldTel and most recently NLH. He already had a small taste of the WC3L with GoldTel. With this team he participated in the WC3L China Qualifier. However, with two loses, GoldTel got send home without a spot in the international qualifier.
