The Swedish player, Knoff, began his match at Terenas Stand against KPECT. The two following matches were played on Secret Valley and Twisted Meadows respectively. It ended in a result of 2:1 in favour of Knoff.
The Human player ShrieK had to face Bonecracker in a Human mirror match. Unfortunately for ieS and luckily for PGS, Shriek won the two first matches, in Lost Temples and Terenas Stand, which wasn't a very big surprise.
SDmK, on his side, had to face Giacomo. Another mirror match, but this time, an Undead one. PGS again, won this mirror match 2:0 played on Echo Isles and Twisted Meadows.
Paladyn and SDmK faced ThomasG and KPECT. IeS won at Avalanche for a 1:0 on their side. After an hour long break, the managed to win Turtle Rock as well to get out of this with a 2:0 score. This game ended with PGS winning with a score of 3:1. While PGS goes to the upperbracket, ieS goes down in the lowerbracket for a chance to fight their way back.
