WC3L Qualifiers: usT never got the chance

First round of the upcoming WC3L XIII Qualifiers has been announced, who will play who. Alike last time, a Chinese team has drop out.

Unite Stars Together - usT in short - proved that some Chinese teams doesn't take WC3L all that serious. The lack of organization was a fact, as the team failed on even having a photo of each player and a proper Battle.Net account in their profile - something that ESL clearly points out in the rules.

This incident is very similar to what happened to Team Colorful last season's qualifiers, and we can all question ourselves why a team even can't manage minor rules such these. Russian Lyra, their replacement, however, is also lacking picture and proper Battle.Net account on some of their players.

On to the matches. New to this season is that loser bracket will be played from the very first round (which is due to the reduced amount of teams participating).
