[s]event_292[/s]

You remember something called Extreme Masters? Last week there was a news about it. If you don’t remember, it’s normal, you were watching SK-Gaming’s domination at WC3L Finals in Cologne, Germany.

The Extreme Masters is a tournament that is still underway. It’s powered by ESL and they had some national qualification for it. You remember now? Now let’s forget a bit about WC3L and take a look at what these players have done with their matches. The only match that is still remaining is the Zeus facing DeMusliM.

Now, the qualifications for the Extreme Masters II are finished, if we don't put in line the Zeus/DeMusliM match.

These matches, part of the main round, will start at November 29th and will last until December 2nd. These dates remind you of something? Yes, it will be played in Jönköping at Dreamhack. But for those of you who wanted to see the rest of the tournament, you will be disappointed because, in March, they will move to Germany at the CeBit convention for the Grand Final.

With 5 Undead players, 4 Orcs, 6 Humans (with an option of 7) and 8 Night-Elf (possibility of 9), the finals surely look like a promising clash of the greats. Who will get out of this with the gold medal? Who will have to go back home right at the beginning? You will have to watch the games with the live stream, watch our coverage or just attend Dreamhack!

*UPDATE*
Zeus finally won his match against the human DeMusliM. Now, 24 players will attend the mains rounds.
