NoA ended in a third place of the last season's NGL-ONE. After throwing in the towel just a day before the finals, Team NoA was demoted to NGL-TWO. In an open interview, NGL-ONE's head referee speaks about the situation.
A wheelchair was the initial problem why Team NoA could not attend the NGL-ONE offline playoffs. Space, 17-year-old Undead superstar, is only able to move his head and his arms and needs a wheelchair. Founding a special plane to fly from Korea to Germany was difficult.- As you know it is quite expensive for a Korean team to attend such finals and especially the fact that Space needed a special plane made it much more difficult. The NoA-management contacted a few airlines to get a flight for him for an acceptable price but in the end they received no positive answer, says Perdita.
Because of this the players decided not to attend as they could not compete as a full team. The Korean team NoA was close of not getting their prize money and get banned from all of the NGL leagues, but after discussing it with G7 they decided a demotion to NGL-TWO was the best way of handling the situation.
