The World Cyber Games is drawing ever closer and more and more countries are finishing their national qualifications. A couple of days ago the United States' qualifiers were played in Florida where LongWalk emerged victorious after beating NilknarfLP in the final.
Ten players from all over USA gathered in Florida to decide which one of them would be representing their country at the World Cyber Games in two weeks. Since the event will be held in Seattle, USA, the qualification champion will have the home crowd cheering for him.
The players were divided into two groups, from which four of them advanced to the playoff stage, which was played in double elimination mode. After knocking down NilknarfLP to the loser brackets, Phil "LongWalk" Crawford fought his way to the final through the winner brackets. There he once again faced his Human playing teammate NilknarfLP and managed to win again.
