XyLigan walks home with $779, claiming the first place in the ASUS Summer Cup. With a first place here and at the in-house World Cyber Games, XyLigan can crown himself as the best player in Russia.

XyLigan seems to be fond of the ASUS Summer Cup. He won the title back in 2006, and he does it this year as well, defeating top Russian stars such as Deadman, Dollar and NapS. XyLigan has now cemented himself as the best player in Russia, winning both the Summer Cup and the Russian WCG qualifier. Be sure that Mihail "XyLigan" Ryabkov goes to Seattle more confident and strengthened than ever.
Many saw the former SK-Gaming player Deadman (now joined up with Defining Stars) as the favorite, having announced that he will try to win everything and that he has found more motivation with joining his new team. But it seems like everything is not fully as it should for Andrey "Deadman" Sobolev, after ending in a disappointing fifth place in Russian World Cyber Games and a runner-up spot at the Summer Cup.
Serious-Gaming's two Russian players Swift and Dollar ended in third and fourth place. Surely a sweet result for the up-and-down team who has an NGL season ahead of them.
