Last season's WC3L champions World Elite Asia has now parted ways with their four Korean players. According to Replays.net, the players' contracts had expired and they were unable to come to an agreement with WE Asia in time for new contracts.
The Asian squad of World Elite suffered a devastating blow today as their four Korean stars' contracts expired. After some discussion, ReMinD, Lyn, Soju and ReiGn - who are all world class players - could not come to a satisfying agreement with World Elite and have now left the team.

The Koreans have previously played a very important part for their team, playing in almost all their league matches with impressive results. World Elite is now a purely Chinese team and it will be very interesting to see what they can do on their own, since they still got a very strong lineup. With players like WE.Sky and WE.suhO along with their two latest recruits, WE.QeKi and WE.KeDa anything's possible.
Hopefully, we'll see ReMinD, Lyn, ReiGn and Soju dominating in another team soon and it will be interesting to see where they decide to go from here.
Update: The Korean player ReiGn seems to be staying in the team. Is it so that he can finish playing in the WC3L clan war versus JuSt, or did World Elite and ReiGn agree on a contract?
