In association with the ESL, the finals for the fifth ladder season was played at the same event as the WC3L finals. 8 players battled it out for three spots in the Global finals - all of them were taken by 4K's players.
Out of the 8 participating players in the Battle.net Season 5 European Finals, 5 of them hail from the European powerhouse team known as 4Kings. The participants fought for three places in the Global Finals, which will be held at Blizzcon in the beginning of August. It was no greater surprise that these three spots were taken by the 4Kings stars

4K^Creolophus, ToD finishing first after beating Creo in the final.The Frenchman Yoan "ToD" Merlo, who recently won the Blizzard WWI, went through the tournament undefeated and is really boasting excellent performances lately. He started off by beating
RotterdaM, then both Creo and Grubby to reach the final. It will surely be very interesting to see what he and his teammates can do at the Global Finals.Links
