WC3L with new cooldown rule

[s]event_68[/s]

To prevent abuse with cooldown, the WC3L administration has added a new rule regarding the issue.

After being informed of a newly found bug regarding item cooldown, the WC3L administration decided to add a paragraph to their rulebook.
III. f.
Evading the cooldown on usable items (i.e. healing potion, mana potion) by swapping items in a hero's inventory will be considered cheating and punished with two penalty points. The game will be replayed if this exploit leads to a victory for the cheating player. The game will also be replayed in case both players take advantage of this bug.

- We created this rule so it's getting fixed as soon as possible. This is not about swapping a Staff of Preservation (picture) or anything similar between multiple heroes, writes Shawn, WC3L administrator. They also gave a description on how to perform this 'bug':
1. Your hero needs a charged item that he can use on other units (healing salve, lighning shield, etc.).
2. Your hero needs two potions (mana or healing - it doesn't matter).
3. After your first potion triggered the potion-cooldown use the charged item on a unit that's not in range.
4. Now swap the second potion with the charged item in your inventory before the hero reaches the unit and that will be used instead.
5. Voilà - you just evaded the potion's cooldown.
