x6tence welcomes WarCraft 3 to their multigaming roster. First man to join is former redCode player LoL_vs_xD.
Ruben "LoL_vs_xD" Pons Serrano has joined up with x6tence. He tells in the interview at the x6tence site that he has been relaxing a bit after World Cyber Games 2006, but that he received a call from x6tence a month ago. Now he is back in full training, especially because he will play in the Samsung European Championship in March.LoL_vs_xD was the most dominating player in Spain during 2006. Winning both the national ESWC and World Cyber Games qualifier, the 18-year-old got international tournament experience. In World Cyber Games he ended third place in Group C and did not advance to the playoffs. In ESWC he advanced to the second group stage but failed to advance to the playoffs.
Apart from these tournaments, he was also the winner of e-sensation V in Madrid and the Subbetica Party. When asked on his thoughts about gaming in Spain, LoL_vs_xD says they have a lot of talent and can go far.
- But the problem is that aside from x6tence.AMD nobody has demonstrated to take the esports to a serious professional level, he says.
