GG Awards: Community Effort nominees

Effort for the Community - someone who has played a major part in 2006's scene.

"Is awarded to an individual who has done something of utmost importance for the community. Either by strengthening the scene, making it a better place or being a rolemodel in terms of moral and ethical standard on the internet."

There quite a number of nominees, but these ones were the most dominating ones.

Jaclyn "JacziE" Lo

Jaclyn has provided the WarCraft 3 scene with high-class articles and interviews over at GotFrag, as well as entertaining shoutcasts of all sorts of matches.

Tobias "ownitsch" Jacob

Tobias is a man who has a finger in almost everything in the WarCraft 3 community. He was a referee at World Cyber Games, and Electronic Sports World Cup and more. He is also one of the main men behind inCup, and co-manager for the SK-Gaming team.

Mihail "Miker" Mirchuk

Mihail is the head administrator at Proplay.ru and provides the Russian community with VODs, newsposts, articles and more.

Jos "Zerter" Buyvoets

Jos is not only a talented player, he is also an editor at ESReality and GGL. He writes well articulated columns about the WarCraft 3 world and gives people the heads-up on tournaments all over the world.

Sebastian "Baschi" Weishaar

Sebastian is the original founder of the WC3L. Now he is the ESL Chief Tournament Director and Head of the ESL's International Partner Management. Bringing the European and international scene a high-class ladder to play on. He and his team were also the hosts for the European Battle.Net Season IV finals.
