Moon versus Sky at IEST was voted as the best Game of the Year, closely followed by Sky versus ToD at WCG.

It is very hard to announce only one game as the game of the year as each game has a beauty of its own. It could have been a breathtaking move by a player or a very crucial moment in a tournament. Nonetheless, people have sent in their nominations, and after being able to bet on the five most popular ones, we have a winner.
Moon versus Sky at the IEST
Played in China, the IEST Grand Final stood between Moon and Sky. The third game turned out to be the most spectacular game in the series. Sky started out very good and got an early advantage. He used this to make a long lasting push with some towers as backup. When the game seemed to be over Moon did a great combat and the game was brought to life again. Sky continued to desperately play aggressive and if finally payed back when he succeeded to destroy both Moon's Ancients of Lores.
