GosuGamers reported that the IEST was one player short as Grubby decided to take part in the WSVG instead of the Chinese tournament. Therefor Replays.net set up a poll on who to take his spot. The ones to vote for were Rotterdam, Zeus and Insomnia.

The latter turned out to be the player the Chinese community wanted to see the most. This means that Insomnia is the third of the European players. Other than Zdravko giving the International Esport Tournament a European touch are ToD from France and SaSe from Sweden.

The tournament spans over a week, from 5th to 13th of December. First prize is $20,000 and the player list is astonishing. Will the champion be able to defend his title, or will the challengers dethrone Sky?
