Deadman wins KODE5 Grand Final

Deadman takes down Check, Grubby and ToD in the playoffs and takes home the KODE5 first prize of 10,000$. He only lost one game - against the Korean Check.

Deadman was in Group D, along with ToD and Darkstrife. The German player SK.TaKe did not show up, so only three matches were played. Deadman won both his matches 2-0, and was up against the runner-up in Group C - Check. The quarter finals were played earlier today, where Deadman won in the Night Elf mirror match with 2-1.

The semi finals started not long thereafter, and Deadman faced Grubby. On Terenas Stand and Lost Temple, Deadman proved stronger and defeated the Dutch Orc superstar. In the other semi final, ToD had defeated his clanmate FoV. Not long after the match for third place (1,000$) emerged, where Grubby ended on top 2-0.

Grand Final between Deadman and ToD. In an interview before made by WCReplays Deadman stated that he looked forward in playing the 4Kings players, since it is nice to play against them. He managed to defeat Grubby, and now only ToD stood in his way. But he proved not to be any trouble, as Deadman won 2-0. Congratulations to Deadman for winning his first big international title!
