One of the main attractions at the Games Convention is the European Nations Cup finals, where Germany, Bulgaria, Sweden and France is playing for glory and the attractive prize money of 10,000€. First day is over, with Sweden and Germany coming out victorious.

The Swedes, once again. The old 2on2 team from the 64AMD days ElakeDuck and SaSe won the oh so important 2on2 match against DIDI8 and Jack. 4Kings player FuRy defeated Shocker as well, giving Sweden quite a comfortable lead in the start. SaSe versus DIDI8, set up to be a great game between the two Night Elves, was won by DIDI8 2-1. The surprise of the day was LiiLD.C defeating the SK Human player Insomnia, giving Sweden three wins and thereby winning the match. ElakeDuck and DieSeL's match does not matter, but they might just play it anyway. For the fans.
This means that tomorrow we will see Sweden take on Germany in Winner Bracket, and France playing against Bulgaria in the Loser Bracket with the hope of survival. Bets are already up, make sure to bet.
