Dolby Axon Challenge with 1024 contestants

With the help of the WCG organization, Dolby has decided to host a Zotac-like cup in order to promote their new voice client and give something to the WarCraft 3 community.

Thus far, not much is known about the tournament, other than it will be held online, with the participation of 1024 players from all over Europe and in a double elimination format without an age or gender restriction. Thirty-two players have already signed up, with only dArk, the aTTaX player, being a recognizable face. More information regarding rules, map pool, streaming will be posted as it comes.

The prize pool consists of Sapphire Hardware pieces, more specifically:
- Sapphire HD 5870;
- Sapphire HD 5830;
- Sapphire PURE CrossFireX 790GX motherboard.

This tournament, similarly to Zotac Cups, is in the spirit of keeping the WarCraft 3 spark alive by offering something to a community in dire need of competition bustle. Be sure to sign up as you will certainly have good fun.
