Warcraft 3 professional scene shows some signs of life as the Topgamer warcraft 3 tournament has been announced containing a total prize pool of € 12,500 to be split across first to fourth place. The tournament will be held in Beijing, China from this 30th of March until the 14th of April.
The tournament has 12 invited progamers from Asia plus EG.Grubby as well as other 16 chinese players who will battle it out in a group stage in order to reach the Main event finals. The Main Event direct invitees are:

The qualifiers will be played as a single elimination mode during the first two days. The top players from each group will then advance to the Main Event.
The Money prize:
2. Place 20.000 ¥ (3.000€)
3. Place 10.000 ¥ (1.500€)
4. Place 5.000 ¥ (750€)

Like with all the chinese events, there will be no WTV but GTV will provide a stream during the whole event.
