Six time winner of EPS Germany Daniel "miou" Holthius leaves SK-Gaming after five years under the SK tag.
The German veteran has been a true SK icon over the last couple of years, and has been the SK representant in the German ESL Pro Series. While the successes in the in-house scene are well-known, miou has had scarce playing time in international team competitions.
- Today, not only a player, but a true friend of SK is leaving the active roster of our team, said Alexander "TheSlash" Muller, managing director of SK-Gaming.
- Of course we are sad Daniel [miou] is moving on, but we know we will see him quite often as he is in Cologne now, too. With his six titles in a row Miou is a f**king legend for sure, said an enthusiastic TheSlash on the team webpage.
- Once he is finished playing, we willl recognise him as one of our all-time greats for sure, added TheSlash.
While his future whereabouts remain untold, sources to readmore.de says Raptor-Gaming is after his signature.
Whether SK-Gaming is looking for a new player to put pen to the SK contract papers is unknown. June "Lyn" Park and Jin Wook "MichaeL" Roh are currently the only two players in the SK stall.
