Following last weeks tragic lost to Sweden, the French national team bounced back as they took four points in today's match against Spain.
France made a change in their line-up for this match as they swapped hG for Ilyes "Stephano" Satouri. The move seemed like a good one as the Moreno brothers, LucifroN and VortiX, stood no chance against him. He took the first series against VortiX by 2-1 and secured his victory against LucifroN with a 2-0 score, giving France two points to make up for their last lost.
Although Bora "PsykO" Kim was not able to beat LucifroN, he still made sure to took take a point against Spain by winning his solo match against VortiX and playing an import role in the 2v2.
Spain is still trying to figure out the appropriate player to play along side LucifroN in the 2v2. In their last match against Finland, Ryo_ was the one play with LucifroN but they ended up losing. Today it was VortiX playing the 2v2 but the French proved to have the better team and won.
France is now ranked 3rd in Group A, tied with Netherlands and two points behind Sweden. There is one match, Finland vs. Romania, left to be played to conclude the second round of ENC 2009.
