Our world ranking based on our result database. Counting all the results way back since 2005 from all the major online and offline events. This ranking is purely based on results, no special expert biased opinions or anything - pure results.

We have a tie in the rankings

In September the current titleholder was Sky who passed Moon because placing so well in PGL 2007 with a total of 14 wins. Now, the title is back in the "fifth race's" hands, after winning both the DigitalLife Chengdu tournament and the CEG Xi'An tournament. However he gets to share it with the French player ToD, playing extremely well in the online tournaments WC3L and NGL and has the same number of points (1429) in the ranking. Another player worth noting is Lyn, who jumped from seventh place to an impressive third place.

Six new players entered the top 30, some has been there before and some have not. Sweet managed to re-enter after his horrible summer. DuCui who did a great event at CEG Xi'An, and then TeD, Ohjie, Happy and Deadman who all played well in online leagues. The biggest leap was without a doubt Fly100% who jumped 14 (!) spots. The two players who dropped the most was Susiria and Satiini, losing 13 and 16 spots.

Half of the players are Night Elves and World Elite with most players in Top 30

ne imba? Or whatever you want to call it, it is a fact that half of the players in the GosuGamers Top 30 is playing the race of Night Elf. Last month the second-placed race being represented was Human, but after a few dropouts and a few adds for the Undead race we now see that the Undeads are in the second place with seven players. Orc is in a third position with a total of five players, while Human is down short on three. Looking at the player nationality, the Koreans are still totally dominating, with 12 players in the Top 30. Behind them are China with seven, and then Russia and Sweden down on three and two. The rest of the nations only have one individual in there.

Last month we had a three-way-tie in the team's the player were in. Now, we have a clear winner with five representants. World Elite has gained the first spot by getting DuCui and TeD in to the Top 30. Behind World Elite there's another three-way-tie, with 4Kings, MeetYourMakers and SK-Gaming having four players each. Worth to note is that previously there were two players without a team - now there are none because of Fire dropping out of the rankings and Soju joining up to SK-Gaming.
