Giants are the first Spring Season team to be eliminated while Alternate makes an impressive comeback, seizing their spot into the LCS.
After the first day finally comes to an end after an agonizing amount of delays, the so proclaimed "solo queue" stars break through into the EU LCS by defeating the Giants. The series would start out 2 for 0 in favor of the Giants. A short intermission would give Alternate the time to recollect themselves before either potentially the last game in their eSports career or for another 3 games.
After coming up from a 0-2 deficit and bringing it to a game 5, Alternate would find themselves significantly behind in gold in the potential last game of their career. However, after an absolutely incredible amount of synergy between an equalizer and ForellenLord's Shockwave, a perfect result would erupt for ALTERNATE, allowing them to set the pace for the rest of the game, resulting in victory.
Tomorrow, the LCS continues to determine who loses their job or keeps it and who's next in knocking out a current contender for their shot to show the world what they are made of.
