Despite a solid initial performance in qualifiers, ahq Korea fails to meet the playoffs and are dropped by their sponsors, leaving the roster now without a brand.

The mid player and captain of ahq Korea HooN notified his fans on Facebook that their team had lost their sponsorship after failing to reach the playoffs. HooN originally left NaJin Shield to play with his current roster while, ironically, failing to meet the prerequisites in Champions Spring Group B due to a KDA per minute tie breaker with NaJin Shield., missing the mark by a narrow .0005.
The team is still able to qualify for Champions Summer by winning NLB or by having a solid performance in the open qualifier. Here's the statement made by HooN:

This season was yet another chance for me, but unfortunately we failed to enter the round of 8.I want to thank my team who followed so well since the online qualifiers.
I’m so proud of my teammates who gave their best today for the most important match, despite our sponsorship being dropped. I’m sorry there wasn’t anything else I could do for them.
