Goblak and Silent replace Babarrr and blr in dd.Dota

Former Team Empire players Goblak and Silent have found a new team and will be joining dd.Dota. They will replace Babarrr and blr.

Goblak and Silent join the mostly French squad of dd.Dota. The former Team Empire players have been without a team for roughly two weeks and will replace Babarrr and blr.

Statement by Titouan 'Sockshka' Merloz:

"I'm happy to announce that Goblak and Silent are joining dd to replace blr and babarrr. I want to thanks both blr and babarrr to their commitment to the team and I wish them good luck for their future in dota."

Statement by Artur 'Goblak' Kostenko:

"dd.Dota is an ambitious team and having known the three French players for such a long time - Sockshka even stood in for us during Dreamhack Winter - makes my decision a lot easier. Silent and I are confident with this new project and are glad to be given this opportunity."

dd.Dota has been around in the scene in many forms with many rosters, but the most recent one attended the EMS One Spring LAN finals in Katowice, however placed last as they dropped out in the first round.

Goblak and Silent were part of the very successful Team Empire roster that dominated the post-TI2 months. The team struggled earlier this year when they lost Funn1k to Na'Vi and eventually fell apart even though securing the Techlabs Cup a few weeks ago. Personal conflicts were stated as the main reason.

dd.Dota's new roster:

France Titouan 'Sockshka' Merloz (C)
France Thibault 'Funzii' Calonne
France Sebastien '7ckingMad' Debs
Ukraine Artur 'Goblak' Kostenko
Russia Airat 'Silent/ss' Gaziev
